 TORONTO, (Dec. 1, 2014) -- Graphene 3D Lab Inc. (TSX-V: GGG, OTCQB: GPHBF) ("Graphene 3D") wishes to confirm that the Company's management is unaware of any material change in the Company's operations that would account for the recent increase in market activity.

Graphene 3D Lab is in the business of developing, manufacturing, and marketing proprietary graphene-based nanocomposite materials for various types of 3D printing, including fused filament fabrication. The Company is also involved in the design, manufacture, and marketing of 3D printers and related products for domestic and international customers.

Graphene 3D Lab is pleased with the progress the Company has made to date. The Company continues to advance towards commercialization of graphene-enhanced 3D printing filaments.
