GGG Announces Closing of CAD $1.2 Million Private Placement

 January 9, 2015 -- Vancouver, British Columbia, Toronto, Ontario and New York, NY -- Graphene 3D Lab Inc. (TSX-V: GGG, OTCQB: GPHBF) ("Graphene 3D") is pleased to announce that the Company has closed the previously announced non-brokered private placement financing of 1,220,000 units (Units) at a price of CAD$ 1.00 per unit for gross proceeds of CAD$ 1,220,000. Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one half warrant common share purchase. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase a common share for CAD$ 1.25 for a period of two years. Warrants have a four-month hold period. The company intends to use the financing for further research and development and general working capital.
